SELLERS NOTES My plan was to keep this SUV for the long term but selling due to a move overseas to a country with LHS driving. It’s an excellent SUV with no issues and clean inside/out. **Note that it has a branded title due to a JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) buyback. The only repair done by JLR was a software update and battery replacement. JLR Tech Center Evaluation sheet available. Absolutely no issues with the vehicle, it’s in excellent condition inside/out.Vehicle Details
This is a diesel HSE with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DEF technology which is generally less polluting than a gasoline engine. Based on my research, reasons I chose diesel are the following -
Gas mileage ranges from 28 to 35 mpg average for city/highway. Depending on driving style, it is possible to get over 40 mpg even in city driving.
Diesel is typically much cheaper than premium gasoline at the pump
Diesel does not ignite as easily as gasoline in the event of an accident
Diesel engines are more robust and last much longer than gasoline engines
This vehicle has lower carbon emissions than gasoline due to SCR and DEF technology
Diesel is much more efficient than gasoline for hauling heavier loads in a cross-country drive or mountain driving
About 475-500 miles on a full tank
