This is a low
mileage, two owner, Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The Overland designation
indicates this Jeep is fully loaded including the 5.7 Hemi engine, Upgraded
leather interior and lots of upscale options. It is an unusual color of Medium
Blue Pearl Coat exterior with Dark Khaki/Light Graystone leather interior with
color coordinated piping on the seats. It is very rich inside and the leather
is in excellent condition.
It is equipped with the 5 speed automatic
transmission sending power to all 4 wheels via limited slip front and rear
differentials.
The Overland
trim includes remote start, heated seats (front and rear), Nav system with back
up camera and parking sensors, adjustable pedals, rain sensing wipers and power
sunroof.
The exterior
is in extraordinary condition with only one small ding which one must know
about or it will go unnoticed. All paint is in excellent condition with no
oxidation and peeling. It is obvious that this Jeep has been garaged its whole
life. The wheels are excellent with no
curb rash or peeling. The matching Michelin tires have less than 10K miles on
them.
All
maintenance has been performed in accordance with the recommendations in the owner’s
manual and most were performed by a Jeep dealer. I have a thick folder
containing all receipts for maintenance since new!
All brake
rotors and brake pads were replaced with premium parts ordered from RockAuto
and installed by a ASC certified mechanic at 53500 miles. The original
components had lots of life but the rotors were slightly warped causing brake
pulse. They are as smooth as butter and stops better than factory.
I have owned
since spring and have driven it to South Dakota , Tulsa and Kansas City several
times and the Jeep drives exceptionally well. I am only selling because I am in
the market for a later model SRT model. I would not hesitate to drive it
anywhere.
You will not
find many, if any at all, Jeeps of this vintage and price point as nice and
well maintained as this one. Notice how clear the headlight covers are, no
oxidation. Notice the paint on the trailer hitch receiver, no rust or paint
chipping. It has probably never been used!
I will be
quite happy to furnish any further information you may require.
As a result of inquiries, I have added 3 pictures. One is the odometer reading and current gasoline mileage. This mileage reading is for local driving of a combination of traffic, freeway and hilly roads. On our trip to South Dakota, we averaged 18-19 mpg whilst driving 70-80 mph. The other two pictures are better captures of the Moroney window sticker showing the options and manufactures information.
