1979 Jeep CJ5 Renegade, 304 V8 H code, 3 speed, Purchased new at Hinkle’s Jeep Sales in Pickens, SC. Retains a lot of the day two accessories that Hinkle’s offered. Cal Chrome Turbo 15x10 steel wheels, Olympic Chrome hood and cowl accessories, Hinkle’s aluminum front bumper, Ironman rear bumper, Bugoff bug guard, headers and side pipes, Hecklethorn Big Yellow Steering Stabilizer and shocks with coil springs. I believe that Hinkle’s added Levi’s stickers even though ‘79 was denim not Levi’s. 6CK Morocco Buff paint code. Gas, temperature odometer and oil pressure gauge all work but speedometer does not. Believed to be 117,000 miles. Oil pressure gauge is mechanical and holds around 50 pounds at idle.
