1996 dodge runs and drives good has some rust mostly body panels frame is good floor boards undercarriage clean solid very little rust inside of bed.  Rusty around wheel wells power windows power locks tilt wheel k&n air filter high performance ignition system has two amps under the rear seat. Passenger seat is good rear seat is pretty much like new driver seat is good on the back but seat area is pretty worn out. Mechanically the truck is pretty good. I would drive this truck anywhere to be honest. It has all new steering parts tie rods brag link cross over wheel bearings front and rear new radiator and water pump and thermostat about 4 years ago but very few miles on them. As sadly my father passed away at that time and I inherited hid new truck so this one is just sitting mostly but I drive it at least once a mo to make sure it stays good it does need a set of front universals. $18.00 a piece at auto zone the 4 wheel drive works great. All 4 tires dig there is no limited slip crap. Shift on the go 4 wheel drive you do not need to stop to engage 4 wheel. It has a few other little quirks but I will take texts and call and we can discuss all you like, also the fiberglass hood is rock solid not some flimsy thing.
