8/22/2023 - There was a minor collision in a residential neighborhood at a 4 way intersection with a 2 way stop sign, other driver (at-fault) hit into the front driver side of my vehicle at low/moderate speed, in front of the front tire and below the headlamp.  My car was drivable the entire time and suffered no mechanical issues.  It was strictly body damage. I drove it for about a month before insurance agreed to pay for damages.  I took it into a BMW specialty collission center and they ended up over-quoting the damages (which I found out after the fact), which meant that the total cost to repair was over that insurance company's threshhold, so they instead determine it a "total loss" and it's reported as such.  They did not however report the accident, which is why there are no details shown on the report.  After speaking to Auto Check, State Farm and the DMV - the "severe accident" is something of a default thing that shows up when you have a total loss, regardless of the actual circumstances.

I purchased my vehicle back and had it repaired in full. I have been driving it this whole time (almost a year later).

Title is CLEAN.  There are no remarks on the title, which I have in my possession. 

All that said, the car is PRICED ACCORDINGLY - lower than what you'll see online for other 2016 BMW X1 of a similiar mileage.
