About this vehicle
This 2003 Volkswagen New Beetle is an original. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver.Seller's Notes
My daughter's car. After driving this Beetle (she still loves the car) for 3+ years she developed a sensitivity to something in the car. (My daughter is allergic to just about everything!) So the car has to go. It's a good little car. If I didn't like my Subaru so much I might buy it from her.Vehicle Details
This is a good little car.
Two little spots of rust. On a 21 year old car in (salt on the roads) Michigan.

Primer showing on the trunk lid. It wasn't bare metal showing so I wasn't in a hurry to paint these spots and just never got around to it.
New radiator, water pump and (I think) timing belt.
Check engine light says engine doesn't get hot enough to make the catylic converter happy. Replaced the temp sensor. Check engine light still on.
My next step (if we were keeping the car) would be to partly cover the radiator with a piece of cardboard. That would cause the water temp to rise. I wonder; when they replaced the radiator, if they put in one that was more efficient than the original.?
Exterior
Very little rust back of front tires.
Ding in drivers door.
Primer showing in spots on trunk lid.
Tires are good.
Small break in grill trim.
Interior
Check engine light for engine temp too low!
Changed temp sensor. Light still on.
Doesn't seem to affect performance.
Interior door trim has minor cosmetic issue.
