I purchased this vehicle almost a year ago.  It was previously owned by the state of Oregon and operated by the county surveyor's office.  The great thing about government vehicles is that they are meticulously maintained.  Being an Oregon vehicle, this SUV has been in a mild climate and is 100 percent rust free.    To the best of my knowledge, it has never had any paint or body work performed and is in gorgeous condition inside/out with the exception of any tiny imperfections (used vehicle, see over 75 photos below).  I have a free and clear Oregon title that is signed off and properly released that is not in my name but ready for a new owner to transfer.  

This 2007 Suburban LS is very straight and clean.  The paint has a great shine and only very minor chips/imperfections as shown in the pics below. No clearcoat failing, no missing paint, no road rash marks, etc.  It's hard to believe this is a 17 year old SUV, super nice!  The body is super clean and very straight.  You will not be disappointed!

This is a very nice, well equipped Suburban LS.  It has tilt wheel, cold AC, cruise control, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, factory CD player, overhead rear HVAC controls, and all of the features work as they should. All of the convenience lights work, headlights, tail lights, turn signals, windshield wipers all work properly.  All of the power windows and locks perform as they should.  The interior is near flawless. There are no odors, stains, rips, etc.  The upholstery throughout is in excellent condition.  I'm not sure if it's leather, faux leather, or high quality vinyl, but looks and feels amazing.  All seats are extremely nice including the third row. The carpet is nearly perfect.  No wear marks anywhere, you will not be disappointed, it was extremely well kept.  This was obviously smoke and pet free,  The headliner is perfect- no sags, stains, etc. looks new.  The glass is all in excellent condition, no cracks, chips etc.  

This Suburban has brand new 285/75/16 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on brand new HD wheels.  The front end has had a  professionally installed leveling kit and was aligned after installation.  It is an absolute joy to drive.  It starts right up and runs smooth.  There are no strange sounds and the motor does not smoke or overheat.  The transmission shifts through all of the gears smooth and all gears work properly.  Additionally, this vehicle has the optional G80 posi trac rear end with 3.73 gear ratio making it an excellent tow vehicle with the factory tow package.  The 4WD shifts in all positions and functions properly.  This Suburban drives very nice down the road with no shimmy's or pulling.  Even under hard braking, there is no pulling to the left or right.  You will certainly be impressed!
