This is an all original 1962 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hardtop sports coupe with 89,951 original miles. This car has only had 2 owners. Has a 283 V8 engine and 3 speed manual transmission. The car was sitting in a garage for 20 years until it was recently pulled out and and given a full complete detail and gone through mechanically. All gas was flushed out. New gas tank, filter, and fuel pump was installed. Carburetor was rebuilt. Car was given a full tune up. Brakes have been gone through. All fluids and filters were changed. Car runs and drives very good. I have driven it on the freeway at 70 mph with no issues. Everything in the car works correctly such as turn signals, gauges, lights, wipers, heater, horn, radio, ect. Speaker for radio needs replaced. The car has its original paint code 927 anniversary gold. The paint is in good original condition. Especially for it being 63 years old. Body is solid and straight. Has all its original GM metal. I was told no body work, pans, or panels have ever been changed out. All trim, chrome, and glass is in good original condition. The interior is in excellent original condition. It has its original trim code 892 gold cloth and vinyl. The dash pad does not have any cracks in it. This car has always been garage kept.
