The car is truly like new, maintained to perfection and always stored in air conditioned garage.

Simply looking to pay off loan on this car ($36k); we just had a second baby and definitely need something bigger.

I purchased this car in 2021 with a Branded Title due simply to a recurring AC issue the previous owner was apparently having.

This small issue was fully repaired by BMW. That issue created a branded title; the Warranty Company obviously had no issue with this.
Furthermore I had a full 64 point inspection done at the BMW dealership before I purchased the car and the AC was deemed working in perfect condition;
