There were only 10,000 of these cars produced.  Only 1,000 came to the United States.  This is a very rare car.  When I purchased this car in 2015 it had about 75K miles on it.  It has less than 76K mile on it currently.  I have not driven this car very much and it has been parked in my garage for the time I have owned it.  I purchased another toy so my wife is making me sell this one.  I have a folder of service records for this vehicle.  Most of the repairs have been internal.  I got the air bladders replaced in the drivers seat.  The vacuum motor was replaced.  The vacuum controls the locks, trunk and door closures.  For the most part this car is in very good shape for its age.  I still would have mechanic go over it because it has been sitting for such a long time.  This car was the inspiration for the current Maybach.  This is a vintage classic car at 32 years old.  Just keep this in mind for rubber seals and other stuff I might not be aware of.  This is a great car for somebody that wants a classic Mercedes.
