Unleashed by the engineering wizards at BMW?s famed 'M' motorsports division, the BMW M2 debuted virtually in November 2015 on the wildly popular Need for Speed video game before its January 2016 premiere at Detroit's North American International Auto Show. Production of these highly anticipated performers commenced in October 2015 and first deliveries came in early 2016. Featuring a twin-turbocharged, 3.0-liter six-cylinder powerplant, the M2 offered a decidedly lighter and nimbler alternative to BMW's contemporary M3 and M4.

Further performance upgrades yielded the even lighter and more-powerful M2 Competition, debuted at Beijing in 2018. Taking the M2 concept to the extreme, the N2 CS was introduced online in November 2019 and then at the LA Auto Show. Production commenced in March 2020 with just 2,200 examples planned for North America, Europe, Asia and Mexico. Improving on the engine powering the M2 Competition, the M2 CS utilized the engine management system from the M4 Competition, raising output of the S55 engine to 444 horsepower.

Performance credentials for the M2 CS includes 0-62 mph acceleration in just over 4.0 seconds. Braking is supplied by the M2 Competition system, including M Performance rotors and calipers. Standard adaptive M suspension, including forged aluminum wheel hubs and control arms, raises handling and roadholding to new heights and includes an electronic locking differential. Added lightness achieved with a carbon-fiber transmission tunnel, hood, roof and various aerodynamic aids, plus a carbon fiber center console. Alcanatara interior trim and embroidered 'CS' badges and insignias enhance the unbridled competition-inspired look and feel of this modern BMW high-performance legend.

The Last Detail makes no warranties as to the accuracy of the mileage indicated or shown and accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy with independent reports such as CarFax, Autocheck, etc. Unless the vehicle is advertised as an original mileage car, do not assume that the mileage/odometer reading is the actual mileage. It is simply what the odometer is reading at the time pictures are taken. MILEAGE IS NOT ACTUAL UNLESS STATED SO IN THE DESCRIPTION! Vehicles are test driven and mileage may vary at time of sale.

Payments/Fees/Taxes:

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required within 48 hours of close of auction. Full payment is required within 7 business days of the close of auction unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles and titles will not be released without cleared funds and signed documents. Wire transfers or cashier’s checks are preferred. Any other payment methods MUST be pre-approved.
