This Mercedes tribute is finished in a nice and shiny white gelcoat with a blue soft top and matching interior. Plenty of eye catching chrome accents and prewar features all around such as the ornamental supercharged exhaust pipes on both sides of the hood, elegant chrome body molding all around, prewar style grill with hood/grill ornament, functional antique headlights and spotlights, chrome dummy dual cowl lamps, functional horn trumpets, chrome dual exhaust pipes and much more to be mentioned. This Marlene is fitted with chrome real wire wheels in excellent condition and new wide whitewall tires, a feature that gives the car an authentic prewar look. The interior offers a nice and glossy wooden dash with functional backlit VDO chrome gauges all in working order, power windows and an aluminum banjo steering wheel, features blue seats with matching door panels and clean blue carpeting found throughout, the rear trunk compartment is also carpeted, overall a very nice and clean interior that's been well taken care of. This 500K replica is powered by a Ford V8 302 5.0L engine mated to an automatic transmission, very nice and clean engine compartment, thick fiberglass body, so no rust, all in good working order, the car runs, drives, and brakes as it should. The pictures seen in the listing were taken not long ago, the only thing added after the pictures were taken are some nice European hood latches. This Marlene only has 428 miles since completed, it's in beautiful condition but definitely not new or perfect, very minor imperfections can be found.
