Vehicle Details

This is a all original vehicle, stored in garage since I’ve owned it in 1992. In the last two years it has had new Gas Tank and sending unit, new rear shocks, new brake shoes, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, flexible brake lines, new carburetor Solex 34 pict 3, new exhaust muffler and tail pipes, new electronic ignition, new Bosch coil, and new spark plugs and plug wires.

New Gas charged front struts still in the box NOT INSTALLED.

This car could be a show car but definitely a head turner. The pan has cracks under the 12 V battery. For some unknown reason I cannot bleed the brakes, but I’m 79 years old and have a hard time crawling around working on this car. For that reason I would like to see it purchased by someone who loves VW’s and loves to tinker with a 53 year old Antique.
