Vehicle was drivable when purchased. FRMR owner was using vehicle until sold. Shippers damaged starter & electrical by cranking with a low battery. Vehicle does not start. It will need to be towed or shipped. Seller is retired antiques dealer and moving so must sell my collections. This is a quality restored Rolls Royce with low mileage. Vehicle in like new condition as to exterior. Interior leather in very good condition. ALL accessories were working when purchased 2020. Records include extensive rehab work by FRMR owners as to rebuilt brakes, exhaust etc. it has original RR HUBS and chrome trim. There is small chip in windshield ...one hardly visible small dent on rear fender and Antique Plate.
