This 2000 Porsche Boxster is a great project vehicle for car enthusiasts. The owner has had it for a year and it is drivable short distances. The vehicle is mainly used for weekend drives and has a beautiful red color. The title is clean and the mileage is at 115600.

**NEEDS NEW AUTO TRANSMISSION** Does run and drive but transmission is slipping, would highly recommend trailing the car home. Replacement tiptronic 3.2 trans can be found as low as $1000 on eBay, great opportunity for a flipper or enthusiast to get into a boxster S for way under book ($8200). The 3.2 engine, boxster S brakes and 18 turbo twist wheels are worth well over $6000 by themselves, price is firm.

I’ve owned this car for about 6 months and was going to fix up but genuinely have just lost interest in the project. Strong engine, clean interior, needs some work. Below is a list of what I have found from my brief inspection of this vehicle

The good:

- runs and drives, registered, insured

- convertible top motors work great, goes up and down automatically, no issues.

- strong 3.2 engine

- Clean MD title in hand, no liens

- new drilled rotors/pads, almost no miles on tires, axles, battery, oil, spark plugs and tubes, air filters

- car cover

- original 18’ turbo twists, boxster S red calipers,

Needs

- Clean MAF sensor

- tiptronic transmission

- rear wheel bearings

- radio doesn’t work

- passenger seat power wire came loose from harness pin- needs repinned.

- bumper respray

- driver door lock cylinder has typical “spinning barrel”
