Beautiful 2009 Lincoln Navigator L clean title from NY, engine, transmission, exterior e interion are in great condition.

The engine is good and strong but is giving some faults code P0012, P0022, P0341 AND P0346. This seems to be the timing change or the Camshaft Phaser.

Also has a P0420 fault code refers to the Catalyst System. Maybe something easy to solve, 

The vehicle has other fault codes from minors fault not related to the engine, like the air suspension is not working because of the modification of the wheels been changed from 20 inches to 24 inches, the 4x4 system is giving a fault code, 

Some rust undercarriage, which is normal coming from a snowy state.

Strong transmission working very well, very nice interior, AC and Heat working well, very good exterior.
