Notice to Bidders
All of the vehicles Rides Auto Sales lists on eBay are for sale locally.  We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.

Deposit 
Rides Auto Sales requires a (non refundable) deposit within 24 hours of winning an auction or IMMEDIATELY when locally removing a car from the market. Please call to make arrangements for payment.

Payment Types
Wire transfers MUST be completed in 48 hours. All sales that are funded in any other way, shape or form NEED to be approved by Rides (you MUST call).
If we approve of the funding you have 5 BUSINESS days to complete the transaction.
If this is not completed within these given time frames we keep the deposit and the car is relisted.

Taxes and Fees:
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee.  The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.  You will receive 30-day in-transit tags. Our documentation fee is $289.00 and everyone must pay this fee.

In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $289.00 and everyone must pay this fee.

International Buyers
We welcome international bidders, but PLEASE be certain that you pre-arrange shipping and that you can send the U.S. funds to us in a reasonable amount of time.  We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and credit card deposits.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction.

Winning bidder must contact Rides Auto Sales within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 48 hours.  We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Our cars are sold AS IS. Please arrange for an inspection if you have any concerns. We have a vehicle lift and plenty of adequate light for any type of inspection and we want you to be happy with your purchase! Feel free to call anyone you would like and set up your inspection TODAY!
We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we're happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections.

The vehicles sold at Rides Auto Sales are not new, they can be expected to require greater upkeep and repair. Rides Auto Sales disclaims any and all warranties. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties, expressed, written or implied. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.

Rides Auto Sales can and will make reasonable efforts to disclose any known defects associated with each vehicle prior to the close of a sale at the buyer’s request.

Each potential purchaser understands it is their responsibility personally or through a third-party (not Rides Auto Sales) to inspect any vehicle for potential purchase, and is relying solely on their own inspection, knowledge and judgment about any vehicle purchased.

Rides Auto Sales assumes no responsibility for any repair regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. No allowance or set-aside will be made on account of any omission, error, inaccurate representation, imperfection, defect or damage to any vehicle.

The prices listed exclude tax, tags, title, license, and all other motor vehicle fees, and also exclude a $289.00 document fee.

Typographical errors happen. Rides Auto Sales is not responsible for any such error in the description or price listed for any vehicle.

AVAILABILITY
 Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple platforms where a vehicle can sell in a moment's notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.?

Buyer Pickup
Pick up of vehicle MUST be done within 10 business days of purchase. After 10 days we charge a $35 a day storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping
Buyer is responsible for setting up their own shipping. I can help you with transport if needed.

DRIVE IT HOME 
If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility as we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.
