For sale is a very straight, rust free 1966 El Camino.....this beauty has lived in both California and Arizona, never driven more than 75K miles! has had extensive restoration work already completed...it has a very strong, well-built 350 motor, 700 R4 automatic transmission, power steering, power front disc brake conversion. all brand new front suspension, steering and brake components.....it is a Factory A/C El Camino.....there are many brand new parts that are included as well.....new black door panels, new front fenders, powder coated inner front fenders.... new headliner insulation, carpet, A/C vent bezels and vent balls in boxes....new aluminum radiator, power quick ratio steering box, exhaust system and gas tank. The wheels are very nice aluminum alloy mag style.....tires are old but fine during paint and completion

This 66 runs very well....quite fast actually, especially versus original 283 motor....the body is extremely straight, the floors, frame, rockers, lower rear quarters and bed are all rock solid and there is no visible damage anywhere....very nice glass all around.....both bumpers have been shaved smooth with bumper bolt heads removed....trim was being prepared to paint the same body color....it has what appears to be perhaps a 67-69 bench seat with head rests that needs reupholstering but is an excellent core.....there are most of the original A/C components in place....the plan was to install a Vintage Air unit which now has direct replacement controls in the original dash opening....the glove box door and ash tray are missing but have been found and will be included.....

This is a great opportunity for the right person to complete a very easy to finish project in their own paint scheme and seat upholstery preference....it is most likely that you could never find a 66 this straight, rust free and 95% complete, then do all the work and purchase all the new parts and match the asking price....even if you could, why would you? what's your time worth? at this price, all the labor was free
