Automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, 2 wheel drive.

Odometer reads 35,xxx miles but we do not know whether it is 135,xxx or 235,xxx, although most likely the odometer has not rolled over twice..

Clean title.

Lights, signals, horn, wipers, radio all work.

When we bought this truck 14+ years ago, the engine had been replaced with a 454 crate motor.

Heater core has been by-passed.  No working air conditioning.

Interior is very worn.  Dash is cracked.

Quarter and rocker panels are rusty.  Floors are still solid.

Exhaust, radiator, wiper motor, and tires have all been replaced during our ownership.

Tires are approximately 3 years old with good tread remaining.

Tilt steering column has some looseness.

This suburban is a well-used truck that is far from perfect, but it runs good and is a dependable work truck.

Time frame for pick up is somewhat flexible, but we would prefer the vehicle to be gone from our property within 30 days.  (Please provide a couple days' advance notice regarding pickup so we may arrange our schedule accordingly.)

This is a running, driving truck and will load on a transport trailer without any trouble (providing there is enough space and hauling capacity for this large vehicle).  Pick up and/or transportation is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will cooperate as much as possible regarding date and time of day.
