This 1988 Chevrolet Blazer K5 is currently driven every day. Needs a little TLC as can be seen in pictures and full details below but runs strong and drives good for a 1988 with 9" of lift on 37s! Needs a new home!Vehicle Details
1988 k5 blazer, lifted 6" suspension and 3" Body. Sitting on 37x13.50 tires and cool looking 20" rims. The wheels have a little curb rash, front tires are about 75% rears are 30-40%. The front driveshaft has been removed for rebuild by previous owner and he accidentally scrapped it so needs a new front drive shaft, rear has new U joints and pinion seal on 14 bolt rear end. Has rear disc brakes with new pads, front disc as well. Stops good. Engine runs strong and transmission shifts good and firm, plenty of power with the 350 TBI fuel injection engine. 700 r4 transmission automatic. Has aftermarket stereo but speakers don't produce sound. Has cracked windshield and passenger side glass has crack. Some rust in rockers and edge of floor pans (couple of pin holes) where rockers meet. Rear pans seem nice and solid, frame is solid, small amount of rust on tailgate. Back glass and side windows roll up and down, passenger works but arm is unhooked. Steering has a little slack, but runs 70 mph down the highway fine. Exaughst needs some work, but is straight with turn downs. Speedo doesn't work (including milage, shows 49k probably 149k) fuel guage works, temp and oil pressure work. Drivers door is misisng carper at bottom. Has AC with a leak somewhere, but does work for a bit if you charge it. Heat works great. Top is removable and makes for a fun ride. This Blazer turns heads everywhere It go's. Has a dent in drivers fender can be fixed fairly easily, paint isnt show truck quality, especially on the hood. Has reese hitch and LED headlights, euro style tail lights. All lights work, wipers etc. Leds are super bright! Trailer plug wiring all redone and works good (used to pull jet ski) trying to point out every flaw for the buyer but there may be something I missed, so please diligently inspect the photos for any or feel free to message me, buyer responsible for pickup but I can deliver it if arrangements are made, contact me on that too.
