Maintenance and repairs performed at an Audi specialist facility, totaling $9k. It received several PM services, new front brakes, OEM battery, Michelin Pilot Sport all season tires on the OE 21" wheels, and more. A front axle was replaced with OEM part last year just before being parked in early fall. Obsessively detailed, the paint has been clayed, polished, sealed, and protected. Wheel wells have been detailed and protected. Calipers and wheels received ceramic coating. 

Car features massaging seats, air suspension with 4 corner lift for obstacles, night vision, dynamic drive modes, premium B&O stereo (tweeters pop up out of the dash, head unit comes out of the dash when on, stows when vehicle is off), rear power window shades operated on window switches, rear heat/ac controls, and so much more. Easily averages 23mpg. 

Comes with 3 keys, records, a clean car fax and clean title. Everything is in perfect working order, up to date, and needs nothing.  No pets, no smoking. Turbo oil strainer recall performed at Audi of Stratham, NH. It was reported that there was no apparent problem, however was replaced as a precaution. No other repairs were needed at that time. 

There is a small scratch on the passenger rear door which is the only notable damage at all, though it is a used car with only minor blemishes as to be expected from a car that has been driven. They are just hard to capture on camera but there are pictures of this.

Car was detailed, garaged and not driven all winter, on a battery tender, and still is. Currently not being driven. Business opportunity and too many cars forces sale, though it will be missed. This car has been fantastic to own. I am certain you will be impressed with it as well.
