This car will run and drive.  It is missing keys and needs to be rekeyed.  The interior is in poor condition and needs cleaning/repair.  The windows are down and it is only covered by a car cover.   This can be refurbished or sold off as parts.  The engine and transmission are good.  Being sold as is.
