I used this 2015 Fiesta ST as a track car for several years, but recently moved on to a different platform. Anyone looking to build a race car will have a great platform on which to start . . . with the hardest part done (cage, harness mounts, etc). THIS IS A CAGED ROLLER WITH NO DRIVETRAIN.
When I first bought the car, it was a street legal, rebuilt title car (title in hand). Had it caged by Piper Motorsports in Leesburg, VA with 1.5”x.95” DOM tubing consistent with NASA, SCCA, and other racing body rule requirements. I also had them weld in harness attachment points for 6-point harnesses on both the driver and passenger side. They also deleted the sunroof for me, and the gutted all doors. They further made special brackets to allow for the front door windows to be removed for racing and reinstalled. Anyone from this area and into racing probably knows Piper – the work is top of the line, and the cage and listed peripherals cost me $7200 alone.
As you can see from the picture, the car has virtually no corrosion. All body panels and glass are intact with no rust. It has M2 Motor fender flares still on it, which were a $700 investment, and the fenders are cut underneath to allow for bigger tires. It has fender and hood vents, as well as vents to the engine intake area.
Car comes with:
• All body panels and glass
• Dash and all OEM gauges present and functional (Sync screen removed by included separately, if you want it)
• All suspension components, to include poly bushings throughout, a-arms, sway bar, rear axle beam, wheel hubs, etc. Exception: Coilovers/springs/shocks are makeshift for roller status, so you will need quality, race-worthy coilovers.
• Stock wiring harness still installed, and ECM with mount included (you will need your own tune).
• Two functional key fobs
• ABS, master cylinder, pedal assembly all brake lines, and brake booster are intact
• Fuel tank and fuel lines intact
• Shifter cables (stock shifter also included)
• I also still have 75% of the interior separately, which can go with the car, if you want it.
• Racing steering wheel with hub (not a quick disconnect)
• Heater core still intact, and HVAC controls still work for heat/defrost (AC lines deleted)
You will need:
• Drivetrain (engine, transmission, axles, starter, etc)
• Brake calipers and pads
• Race quality coilovers/springs/shocks
• Race quality wheels/tires
• Front and rear crash bars, an optional aero
• Radiator and coolant reservoir, charge cooler
• Exhaust
• Racing seat and harness
• Fuel pump(s)
With a donor car, this thing could be race ready for very little money. Even upgrading to big boy power would be relatively cheap. As noted, the title is a rebuild, but I never wrecked it. Went off track a couple times, but never hit anything ?
Note in the pictures, the front end is higher than the rear, as I put stock Fiesta coilovers on the front while using lowering shock/springs on the back, just to make it a true roller for easier loading on a trailer. Also, the front nose is still on the car loosely, as it needs a front crashbar before the radiator support/bumper can be securely remounted. Car is stored in a garage out of the elements.
Shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense. I can also trailer it and meet you within 150 miles of Northern Virginia, if arranged prior to bidding.
