351M 4bbl rebuilt about 3 years ago by previous owner runs smooth

Everything works as it should. Motor was rebuilt by previous owner about 3 years ago. Has aluminum radiator with electric fans, stays cool, Drives 60mph comfortably no ratels. Needs front seat recovered and radio upgraded. Frame is solid, floors are good only thing i can see is surface rust under the vehicle, a little wire wheel and paint it would look perfect I just haven’t had the time.
