Don't know if mileage original but wouldn't be surprised the way it runs. Recent Engine Compression Check shows 150 - 155psi. (have pics) not bad for a 44yr. old pickup. I use it mainly now on my property and running short errands. 

This is a unique older Toyota Pickup that's both dual fuel and Towable! I have all the info on the dual Fuel system from Nash Fuels Harrisburg, Ky. Look them up when you can they've been around for years. When gas hit close to $5.00/Gal. here in Ok many years ago I paid $1.40/Gal. for propane fuel! You would also have an additional 41 gallons of propane to draw from after you tow it with your RV to your next campground.
