ANYWAYS - IVE OWNED a dozen of these throughout the years and this one is fresh from Tennessee and has no rust - I'm a paint and body ASE master tech and all the original body seams and Pinch welds are there!   previous owner had a good idea of what he was doing bodywork wise so you can continue with his bodywork and move forward -  I think its about 75% paint ready in my opinion.     it's loaded with options and is not just a base model - tilt, cruise, air conditioning is all there and hooked up , headliner trim truck, dual gas tank , rebuilt turbo 350 trans  (clean fluid )    !   complete new front end, bushings, ball joints etc.   new dash pad , tons of new weatherstrips and parts included MR GOODWRENCH 350 with 4 barrel Edelbrock (not running well but running), brakes feel good - tires look good on aluminum gm wheels .     SOLID PROJECT OR PARTS truck for a 4x4 build maybe put this entire body on a 4-wheel drive frame .    whatever you'd like to do - all I know is its got to go !      clean open title from TENESSEE - WE never registered it so its in the previous owners name , but its free and clear for you to do what you'd like .
