Vehicle Details

1971 Chevy C10 short bed pickup 4WD. Truck has 38X12.5X15 tires and an 8”+ lift. This was an early to mid 80’s restoration which I bought over 10 years ago in Rochester NY. This was an original 2WD truck that previous owner converted to 4WD. There is nothing original to truck. Lots of body rot and bed floor replaced with diamond plate. Door rocker on passenger side is completely gone and doors are rotting from inside. Frame is generally in good shape and has little to no rust. Leaf springs are cracked. The motor is a carb 350 and runs pretty well. There is a dead spot on the starter, so that will need to be replaced. I have always used this truck only around town only and Home Depot runs. With the tires and suspension setup, you can really only use it local, highways are not for the faint of heart. In the last few years I have done the brake lines, some of the fuel lines and various other misc items. I replaced the gauges with Dakota Digital and an American Autowire harness, these are super nice. I love this truck, but it’s time to go! Please reach out with questions or if you need any other pics.
