Extensive records with the following recent services performed: new heater core (AC works but will need to be recharged), new turbo, front driver side caliper and rotor, coolant expansion tank, and ignition coils. 

Has check engine light for intermittent cylinder 4 misfire and lean code (most likely vacuum, intake or injector related). One rear door and passenger side door actuator work intermittently (common VW issue). 

Has Techtonic downpipe (no ECU tunes), Stahlbus engine oil drain valve, aluminum billet turbo purge valve, Bilstein struts and shocks all around, front suspension is relatively recent, all new control arms/bushings/ball joints, VW convenience blinker upgrade from manufacturer [hit stalk once and indicator blinks 3X]. Has heated front seats and sunroof.Timing service performed approximately 20k miles ago. Tires and brakes are in very good condition. Was used as a daily driver until recently and can make a good driver once the issues discussed above are resolved. Great MPG.

Vehicle is derivable. Clutch is good working condition, goes and stays in all gears. Has some dings and scratches, some minor rust spots on exterior panels.
