I am selling my 39.4k mile Mustang GT 5-speed manual transmission convertible. The car has always been in Northern California. It is in great mechanical condition and good cosmetic condition. The car is lightly modified with a Magnaflow exhaust, recent Koni shocks and slightly lower H&R springs, which give the car a great stance and a tighter but not harsh ride, recent larger Mustang Cobra brakes and calipers, new ball joints, a new battery, and an Alpine stereo. The convertible top was replaced a few years ago and works perfectly. We recently replaced the front tires with Pirellis, abut 4k miles ago. Aside from normal wear inside and out, the only issues I feel I should highlight are: a minor dent on the driver rear quarter panel, as shown in the photos, the driver seat motor is sometimes slow, and there is an intermittent squeak when turning the front wheels.

I have driven this car on long trips and it has been extremely reliable. Maintenance is completely up-to-date. I change the oil every 3k miles and recently changed the transmission and differential fluids and coolant. The clutch works well. 

I also am including the original (4) Mustang GT wheels. 

This is a great car. I am selling it to buy a truck because I am a climber. Clean title and smog test (required in CA) in hand.
