A blue printed naturally aspirated 7.5L 460, a block that saw production for near thirty years. Comes to you from a local well known builder here in phoenix - built up to 461hp, this engine looks and sounds absolutely incredible when coupled with the duel flow master exhaust. This brand new engine has under 100 miles on it and is powered by the brand new Holley Sniper 2 fuel injection, the successor to the original Sniper unit well known to classic car owners.

All of the accessories of the engine bay are new with the exception of the AC compressor, which has four years under its belt. The remainder of the AC system, evaporative cooler, condenser, lines, are brand new. The alternator has been upgraded from the low output, fire prone version, to a modern high output 130 amp version. Power steering and steering gear box each have under 500 miles under them. Front end tie rods have been replaced, sway bar bushings have also been upgraded.

The transmission paired to this engine is the ZF5, a gear box known to handle power and offer reliability as well. The ZF5 was locally rebuilt and also has under 100 miles on it. This transmission shifts buttery smooth, like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Drive shaft U joints have been replaced with moog joints. The rear differential was inspected, pinion shaft seal replaced, with fresh oil to top off the diff.

The interior of this truck has been taken from the past and brought into the future. Brought down to bare metal, sound proofing and insulation was added to the floor and roof, with new carpeting placed over top. Utilizing a system by OBS solutions, later model Super Duty leather seats have been retrofitted into the cab. Gone are the unsporting stock bench seats. The front door panels have been replaced, new speakers added to compliment the new bluetooth alpine head unit and pioneer amplifier. Power door locks for all four windows, and power windows for the front are fully functional.

Some of you who have a keen eye for these trucks might realize the front end is not from an 1987, and you would be correct. Gone is the bland, tame, no personality 'bricknose', and in its place sits a 82-86 era front end that perfectly compliments the more aggressive stance a truck like this commands.
