Hello, here is a great little beetle convertible, 1979 was the last year it was made! I was told the car was repainted about 2000 but it has always been stored inside and driven little.
The top looks like new, no marks or spots, has a glass window instead of the cheap plastic!
The interior is very nice, carpet was added, dash pad has no cracks or blemishes, AM Fm Disk player was installed.
The mag wheels added, tires look great, all new brake drums installed and stops on a dime!
I don’t know anything about the motor except to tell you that it runs great, starts quickly when you turn the key, sounds great and one of the best running beetles that I have owned, I have had 3 converts and 2 sedans. I’m truly a Chevy guy but everyone has to have a beetle convertible. We live in a beach town and it’s great to cruise in!
The floors are all great, pan looks great with no holes but there is a few small bubbles in the paint that I was told has been there for years.
Keep in mind this was the last year for the beetle convertible so this is the one collectors like to have!
