I have a clean title for the bus and set of keys. The car does not currently run but rolls and stops fine. It has a decent set of tires with it that have a good amount of life left. 

While I have had it, I have done the following:

Sourced and installed a 6 rib trans and Type 4 motor for this van. I came with a Type 1 engine and early 3 rib transmission, so I found the correct units and replaced them. Heads were replaced on the Type 4 motor before I purchased it

Replaced the tie rods and ends

Refreshed the brakes. They work very well now 

Sourced a set of vanagon seats to replace the worn out ones currently installed. 

Sourced a complete steering column for the van as it was missing it originally. 

I have included pictures of all the rust on the bus. The driver side midsection is worst of the rust that well need to be patched. Bondo from the PO is present on that side and the dents can be seen from the cargo space in the van. This should be fairly straightforward to pop out. I have some parts for it, including new brake lines, used seats, a spare drivers side door, and several electrical parts. I will also include some parts required to complete a subaru conversion of this vehicle.
