1 Owner STI, Extended Warranty transfers to buyer- good through February of 2025 or 120,000 miles, meticulously maintained, K&N Typhoon air intake, slotted and cross-drilled rotors. Thousands in recent maintenance and tune-ups. New rack and pinion in 2022 covered under warranty. Option Package 3 includes the 7.0" Subaru Starlink Mulitmedia Navigation system, Smart Phone connectivity, HD Radio, Multi-touch High-Resolution Display, 440W 9-speaker Harmon Kardon Premium Speaker System and 440W amplifier. Push button start and Rear vehicle detection/blind spot detection with Lane Change Assist.

All Weather Floor Mats are still new in original packaging. It was also equipped with Popular Package 1- center armrest, wheel lock kit, bumper applique, cargo tray, and Dim mirror/Com and Homelink (you can program it to open your garage door I believe). Sport Performance 1b is the STI short throw shifter and shift knob. Windows are tinted.

The interior is very clean with heated Alcantara sport seats and dual zone automatic climate control.

The Dyno test for the K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake is included in the pictures between the exterior and interior photos on a 2015 STI. These tests have been repeated and consistent with the time tested 2.5L turbo engine. 30-35hp and 30-35ft/lbs of torque very evenly across the entire powerband. The factory air box is very restrictive to keep the engine noise more civilized- you'll be able to hear the turbo wind up and the effect was extremely noticeable after the install. Cold weather makes this car even quicker, so look forward to Fall-Spring boost season and be glad of all wheel drive.

This car handles as well as my Porsche Cayman S, but the all wheel drive lends more predictability during hard cornering. It will let you know a little at a time before it's going to really slide, and backing off of the gas a little will result in quick hook-up. The boxer engine in "Sport Sharp" mode sees a peak torque between 1500-1800RPM and it stays flat all the way through redline. Torque everywhere makes for an extremely responsive car regardless of gear or speed. The 2.0 motor in the new WRX's is technologically impressive, but it feels weak compared to the 2.5L whatever the numbers are. The STI motor comes to life at speed with the functional ram air feeding the machine. Power can be shifted manually from front to rear with the C-differential if you would like to experience the well balanced chassis with more rear or front drive emphasis.

Slotted and cross drilled rotors with performance brake pads have plenty of life left in them. Rotors are not warped, and brake pads are a breeze to install at home when they need to be replaced. I would expect the rotors to last for 2 more pad changes before they need to be replaced (do not "turn" slotted/drilled rotors). Braking in this car was great with the stock setup, it is exceptional with the upgrade.

3 Tires have 3,000-5,000 more miles worth of tread ware depending on driving style. 1 tire is a brand new Dunlop Sport Maxx RT that was replaced by the dealer less than 1000 miles ago after it was damaged. I recommend enjoying the tires and appreciating how well the car handles for a little while, and then blowing your mind with a fresh set of gumballs. The Sport Maxx tires are a fantastic choice, but expect to get 18,000-20,000 miles driving responsibly. The price of sticky tires, and real sports car handling, is more regular changes.

Rear spoiler could be re-painted as the clear coat has been damaged- which is very common for STI's with the large wing in this color. 2 minor door dings are easily repaired with PDR. 2 small chips in the windshield are stable. One rock chip on front left side of the hood. Rear quarter panel was replaced and painted after getting swiped in a parking lot, bodywork done at Subaru dealership and is indistinguishable from new. The steering wheel has signs of wear- beyond those cosmetic issues, there are no other problems with the car. After the last tune-up and replacement of a cam sensor which was throwing an engine light intermittently, the car runs as well as if it were brand new.

The extended warranty coverage should give any buyer a sense of security- it is a comprehensive plan that includes a rental car- inquire for additional details. The 2 occasions where I have used the extended warranty were painless with no questions asked (rack and pinion and cam sensor) and a comparable rental vehicle was provided- they wont stick you in a Toyota Yaris.

Gas mileage can average up to 23 on the highway, and the vehicle monitoring system can help you tune your driving habits for what you want out of the car.

Extremely clean car as can be seen in the pictures, non-smoker, no pets, never eaten in, and the back seat as only been used 3 times. Car has been thoroughly detailed for me to enjoy until she meets her new owner, and will get a refresh before going to her new home and a Mother's Deoderizer bomb will get deployed so it arrives with that new car smell (interior and ventilation system get purified with these little gems- no smells but clean car).

The car is in excellent working order and was aligned at last service. All scheduled maintenance has been done through 80,000 miles. You will not find a better cared for STI at this mileage.
