2003 BMW 540i M-SPORT with MANUAL 6 SPEED 168k miles Black on Black

Real M-Tech M-Sport E39 540 6-SPEED MANUAL! Rare car only produced for US market in 2003.  One of 1190 2003 540i 6 speed, one of 179 in this color combo.   Has 168k well maintained miles.  Full Service History since new. Jet Black (Schwarz 2 - 668) Exterior with Black Interior.  Has the BMW M Sports Suspension II and M Aerodynamics exterior package which are common with the M5.  18 inch BMW M Parallel Sport Wheels, Bi-Xenon Headlights, HiFi System Professional DSP with Bluetooth and Aux cable. I am 3rd owner as of 2021.  Previous Owners (same family) 2003-2021.   M-sport steering wheel, “M” badged door sills/dead pedal. The headliner and pillars are black/anthracite (from the usual white). With the M Sports Suspension II the ’03 M Sport does a better job then the previous model years in the corners.

I have fully sorted it mechanically during my 6.5k miles/ 3 year ownership including: 

Full engine reseal, timing chain guides and coolant components. New M5 clutch, new OEM flywheel & bearings.  M5 LSD differential swapped by previous owner with recent 2021 rebuild by Diffsonline (less than 6k miles). New rear bearings and reman axles. Front calipers rebuilt, stainless steel brake hoses. e60 short throw shifter and new bushings.  New front suspension bushings. Reman Bosch alt & new serp belt. Vanos rebuild. Seat twist fixed. Door card reglue and vapor seals resealed.  No dead pixels in either display.  All common e39 failure modes have been addressed.  Less than 12k miles on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.  Minor paint correction performed. Body is mostly sorted.  New BMW front bumper and aftermarket "porkchops".  Polished headlight lenses and plastic adjusters replaced.  Rockers are now solid and rust free.  Has dings from being a daily for over 15 years which could be corrected with PDR. Interior is very nice for a 21 year old car. No rips or tears and minimal wear. 

Would love this M-Sport to go to someone who can complete the restoration (body/paint) I had planned to do. Only selling it since I recently purchased the perfect spec F10 M5.
