***Salvage Title***   Low mileage Caprice PPV with decently low Idle hours as well.   Runs great, but is far from perfect.  Rubber floors and the plastic back seat, it is ready to haul your drunk friends home in cop comfort from the bar when you are the designated driver!  Hoseable interior may come in handy.  Cloth buckets with manual adjustments up front.  Still has the flashing headlights and tails (no siren) hooked up and working (no reds and blues)   This is a no drill car, meaning it has never had the spotlight or anything through the trunk lid or roof.  Has factory stripes that have been cleared over...several times.  It seems that every time they drug a perp over the paint, the guy at the garage painted over the scratches. Fisheyes, overspray, dirt...all of the municipal care that can be afforded to a paint job was. Replacement doors and fender were the factory color of the car, and the front fender has dings and dents from the car it came from  (tree landed on the donor). Tires have great tread, however, they are all out of date and the TPMS system is not reading the sensors.  Both silencers behind the axle were gone when it arrived, sounds good though. Drives straight and tight - damage that sent the car to COPART was superficial; no suspension damage and no airbags went off.  I bought the car as a drivetrain donor for my '47 Buick Super convertible project, and when it arrived I found the damage to be superficial - ugly paint and dirty interior not withstanding - it was too nice a car to knock in the head and scrap in my book.   Somebody could have fun with this one or use it for a body swap, or part it out and use the engine and trans...I am starting the bidding at what you would pay for the drivetrain and computer with this low of miles.  Ugly but cool.  E85, "It's got a cop motor, a 378 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks." - ELWOOD BLUES.
