Reliable. Very. Has never let us stranded. Got rear ended 3 years ago, but we bought it back, hence it'll have a salvage title. Has 339kmiles and still climbing, since it's still legally on the road and insured and being driven. It always starts, runs great, especially on the interstate. Took it for a 250 mile round trip last week. Still gets about 25mpg. Fairly recent tires.

Great Diesel Benz for the beginner! You can see all its strengths and weaknesses. Not for the faint of heart or those that are looking for a collector's trailer queen. Has had some major schnitzel done over the recent few years, like rear axle halves, flex discs, engine mounts, vacuum connectors. AC works when it wants to (it did freeze me out on my trip last week!). We covered the sunroof because it likes to be lazy in closing - especially when it starts to rain. It is just covered, not sealed or glued shut!
