Vehicle Original VIN : JT3FJ60G6G1133751
So, It is totally unmolested and dry, that also means that it is not a restored vehicle so, anyone looking for a $40,000 trailer queen, move along. If you know what you are looking at and want to explore an Arizona vehicle that is in excellent mechanical condition free of any rust or rot, keep scrolling. First off, the paint is cooked in spots and faded everywhere else. There are some dings and dents as to be expected but oh my god, there is no filler, body rust except for the patina of surface rust on the hood. The major problem areas of rust damage like the drip rails, dog legs, floors and pretty much everywhere else is non-existent. The underside has some very minor surface rust with still some desert sand hanging on. All components like muffler hangars, frame mounts etc...are also still there and in great condition. All the rubber and seals around doors and windows are in good condition. The interior is in ok to good condition with a cracked dash, re-done front seats, good carpet, good headliner and instrument cluster in good working order. Mechanically this thing is ready to go and be enjoyed with much of the engine been gone through including hoses, drips, belts, squeaks, fluid flushes etc....This truck was a two owner rig in AZ and then came to MI in late 2016/early 2017 and never saw snow or salt. Based on the carfax, it passed emissions as late as 2016 in AZ. It has a clean carfax, a mountain of paperwork including service receipts dating back 25 years as well as the original application for title and owners manual. This is a well documented FJ60 that is hard to come by in such original condition. It starts, shifts, brakes and drives down the road nicely......at 55 MPH! The A/C is still hooked up and blows moderately cold but on something like this, you are on your own. The glass appears to be all original and also in good shape. This would make a perfect re-paint candidate as its all there or as I would do, keep it as-is and drive it for another 750K miles.!
