Vehicle Details

This van is set up for a handicapped driver, but because the ramp requires extra tweaking which cannot be done from the driver's seat, a handicapped driver would not be able to easily exit the van. BUT,if you're an able-bodied driver with a handicapped child or family member who uses a wheelchair or scooter, this van may be just what you need. The van does have a few other issues: the housing around the driver's seat has come loose. The running board at the driver's side is loose. The paint has been sun-baked and also has a few hail dimples. The driver's side door has been replaced and painted which reflects the only "accident" the van has suffered. (While I was backing up and turning at the same time, the corner of a welded pipe barrier around a gas meter poked a hole in the driver's side door. That door has been replaced and painted to match the rest of the van.) The engine is in perfect condition, and the van drives perfectly. Though the driver's side has hand controls, the gas and brake pedals work normally. Both bucket seats in the front can go up and down, forward and back, and can turn 90 degrees toward the center of the van. A new or even used van with these capabilities often costs north of $40,000. Dealing with a few issues can save you lots of money. Thanks for looking.
