We have for your viewing and bidding pleasure a full size 1977 Chevrolet Corvette. The Corvette is all original. There has been no restoration. It has never had damage, wrecks, repairs, including all the glass, chassis and everything. The car is factory white in color with a red interior. It is a 2 door coupe T top. The engine is a factory original 350 cubic inch motor with a 4 barrel carburetor. It has an automatic transmission which works perfectly, as does the motor, rear end and brakes. The tires have almost new tread. The car starts right away and can be drove or used everyday or to be used for a collectible car for show. There are a few little spots on the white that have been touched up. On the inside of the drivers door a little piece of the vinyl is missing. On the passenger door a little piece of vinyl is also missing by the door handle. Please see the photos. The glass on the door also work up and down electronically. The tachometer works as is shown in the picture when the motor was running. All the other gauges work including the clock. The headlights and taillights work very well and also the signal lights. The ignition key locks and also unlocks the door. The speedometer and odometer quit working when it has just over 70,000 miles. At this time it has 72,000 miles on it and not over that. The bottom lever for the heat and cold has been broken. This had all happened before we owned the car. All that we have been describing has all happened before the speedometer and odometer did not work and also the lever was broke including the radio had been removed. Saying that, the radio will come with the Corvette. I personally put the plate where the radio had been with a factory original 1977 Corvette emblem attached to the plate. NOTE: Now here is some of the history of the Corvette. The first owner bought it new towards the early fall of 1976 in Lincoln, Nebraska. The second owner bought it in 1977 in South Dakota and had it until I purchased it in the early Fall of 2014 to 2015 era of which I am also from South Dakota. The second owner had it for 37 years which includes his wife. Then he passed away and his widower wife kept it in storage in her garage until the time she decided to sell it. She told a friend of mine that she was going to sell it that day. Therefore, she had it in storage for maybe 13 or 15 years. Her son would come over occasionally and start it up and drive it around a little bit. We have all the history paperwork that will go with the Corvette as I also have a clear title. At this point I have decided to sell it as I will be 82 in a couple months. We have photoed all the pictures that we could have the 24 photos allowed though eBay. There are a couple pictures that have a glare from the sun. On the picture of the very back of the car the license plate shows a strange orange color from the paint because of the fact of the glare from the sun. The Historical license plates do not go with the vehicle. Also, we have take a photo of all the parts such as chrome rims, caps, radio, right passenger side mirror, manual, etc., that will go with the car. You will have to arrange your own transportation. This is for local pick-up only. Or, we could arrange to meet you at a truck stop on the outside of our location if you wanted to hire a transport semi truck. NOTE: As anywhere that a used vehicle is sold there is no warrantee or guarantee. We are selling this vehicle “as is, as found” state and condition. We have tried to describe this as best as possible. We just drove it the other day and it works excellent. We are listing this vintage 1977 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe at a no reserve selling price. So, thanks for looking and good luck bidding. We are selling this vehicle in the Continental United States only. Thank you.
