This 2010 Cadillac Escalade is an original but a VERY WELL MAINTAINED Hybrid Escalade. Garage kept. Newer Hybrid battery replaced. Have owned it since 2019. Truck runs great and is stored indoors in a garage at all times. Have kept her running occasionally to keep the Escalade happy and the Hybrid Battery feeling good. Recently went through updated maintenance to prepare the truck to sell. Please read vehicle description for more details.

Vehicle Details

I am selling our family owned Escalade. It has mostly highway miles. Was my Fathers truck many years ago but he passed away back in 2021. We are selling only because we do not need the big vehicle anymore. We have been using it here and there just to keep her happy as well as keeping the hybrid battery tip top along with regular maintenance up to date.

Always garage kept never kept outdoors. It has around 192,000 miles but it sure does not feel like it. She drives like new, as an Escalade should. We have kept this vehicle in great shape. Regular ware around as expected- but a very well kept truck.

We replaced the Hybrid battery in the truck with a brand new one, so it will reach up to 20-25mph on battery power alone. When driving for a long period of time I�ve reached up to 28mph in traffic on battery power alone.

Rare feature in any older Escalade Hybrid now having a newer battery instead of the original.

Excellent when at stop lights, traffic, or highways.

Very impressive MPG for an SUV this size. 16-18city/around 19-21 highway depending on speeds. We owned a Tahoe previously and were lucky to even see 16 regularly. Always had people impressed that the truck was �off� when parked received lots of compliments of people not even knowing Escalade Hybrids existed in the past.

Have a folder full of the receipts of work done:

-Brand New Hybrid Battery power up to 20-25mph replaced 11/19($2600 receipt)

-New Red Escalade brake calipers installed on all 4 wheels.

-Brand new Brake Pads

-Resurfaced Rotors.

-Replaced left outer tire rod end.

-Replaced both Inner tire rod ends.

-Replaced Upper Control Arms & Lower ball joints. Spent well over $2500 in the last month to make sure she�s ready to be on the road for the buyer.

-Upgraded Xenon Headlights

-Chrome Fender Trim Pieces

-Aftermarket Muffler cap for side discharge

-New Right Rear 2024 dated tire. Other 3 tires have about 2 more years of tread life see photo of tire that match other 3. Right rear is brand new from only bad internal belt. Swapped for new 2024 tire.

-Newer 2020 Escalade Rims from when they changed the look of the new Escalade.

-Newer 2020 Escalade long Brake Tail lights.

-Automatic lift gate

-Automatic drop down steps when door opens.

-Heated and Cooling Front Seats!

-Backup Camera

-3rd row seats (can provide more pics we rarely used them so they are like new kept in basement)

-Rear Entertainment center with center roof TV

-REAR Heated Seats - left and right seat only, middle part of seat is not heated as usual.

-Power folding mirrors. (Driver side only by hand)

-Sunroof

-Newer Center console with little tray and wood trim in the middle of large arm rest.

-Minor scratches and wear and tear around vehicle but very well kept and maintained.

-CLEAN Title

-Will include All Weathertech Mats all around vehicle.

-Will include the rear black mat to cover the trunk space when not using the 3rd row seats to cover the carpet and 3rd row seat railings.

-Will also include black trunk rollout privacy cover.

-Gun Safe currently inside of deep pocket of center console armrest. Has manual 4 digit code and knob to open inside of center console armrest.

-Will include the two tow bar tongues already attached inside the front bumper to be able to tow the truck on 4 wheels.(see front bumper) We never did use them after installing them to pull behind our RV bc my father had become ill. Was a pretty hefty job. Another bonus for the buyer! - Can be removed, but will have to remove the front bumper to uninstall.

Great truck - lots of extras - new hybrid battery. She�s ready to go.
