This TR4 was sold new by Bill Aldridge Motors in Lexington, KY on May 15th 1963, and remained with the original owner until we acquired it in July 2024. That's correct, this is a real documented ONE owner from May 1963-July 2024. It still retains the original numbers matching engine, and has 57,028 actual miles.

Included with the car is the original window sticker, maintenance book, and other sales literature. The original price of the car was $3,172.

In preparation from the sale the original owner spent approximately $6k on mechanical service by a European shop in Lexington, KY in 2023. We have receipts for this service work, and some of it included rebuilding the dual carburetors, new clutch master cylinder, new clutch slave cylinder, new battery, new fuel pump, new steering rack, new front shocks, upper and lower control arms, bushings, and ball joints and much more!

A bare metal respray was performed in 2000, with not many miles put on since then. It prevents very well, and has a great reflection. A lot of the chrome was replaced with new parts at that time, such as bumpers and trim. A new convertible top was put on at that time and a matching cockpit cover is included. Original radio is inoperable.

Car has wire knock-off wheels, and BF Goodrich Silvertown tires. Tool kit with hammer to remove the wheels accompanies the vehicle.

The frame underneath is solid from spending it's whole life in Kentucky.
