A great example and comes with good provenance. It was imported from Italy some 25 years ago in a container with a 250 Ferrari. Chris from fantasy Junction owned it the whole time I kept it repaired at my Lancia shop Eddinsmoto, and over the decades did all sorts of stuff to keep it in good running condition. As with anything this old it is aging, but it's a delightful car to drive. Basically everything works. So the question would be what's not great on this 60 year old car? Like most Appias the brakes sometimes pull left sometimes pull right and sometimes go straight. It doesn't matter if you take the drums off and tap any brake dust out, over the years new seals have been put in, no hydraulic leaks on shoes, it just sort of seems to be the way most of these are. I've owned several and my shop has repaired lots of them. It's a commonality. It has a non-synchronized first gear, and as they go this one is pretty quiet. I recall putting in the clutch about 5000 miles ago, cylinder head about 2,000 miles ago did the valves and took a skim on the head when I replaced the head gasket, The radiator was out for a service about 1500 miles ago, and just in general it's just a delightful little car. ( Odometer reading is in km, also note the cool European issue tail lights. The ones sold originally in the US have those Nash Metropolitan lenses. ) Two Faults: the seats are aging but there's a nice fresh blue sheet I just throw over them in the front, and there is some type of freeway vibration. The tires have been balanced the wheel bearings have been replaced motor mounts were substituted, drive shaft check for straightness, drive shaft bushings Donuts shim to make the donuts perfectly straight when level, and it still has a light Rumble at freeway speeds. Don't know what it is, and in town you'll never even know it's there. Comes with a clean California title but hasn't been registered since 2020. Feel free to ask any questions. Okay thanks for looking. I wouldn't sell it but I'm moving cross country and I have a second series sedan at my other shop there already. I'll add some interior photos later, just knocking this ad out this morning.
