I recently tried to fix it by cleaning the throttle body, replaced the Throttle Control Sensor, the Idle control Sensor. My next guess would be change the crank position sensor. The oil leak I think is from multiple places and most gaskets are due for a change.
The Jeep starts quickly every time.
