I've owned this Jeep for about 10 years +/-.  It was purchased mostly stock from an individual in California and I had it in Texas until I moved to Florida this year.  Long story to say, there is VERY little rust on this apart from some surface rust on a few bolts here and there.  The California sun took it's toll on the paint, but I kept it in the garage for the years I owned it.  She rides great and it's been used offroad a time or two, but not beat on.  

Could use the following:

- new body mount bushings

- paint is not great, clear is cracking on the hood and front fenders from the Cali sun

- Misc paint scratches and dent in the hood

- Rear corners were added after I backed into a tree and smashed a tail light

- Flares are chipping
