This is the now legendary Super Stock Challenger – one of only 192 produced in 2020. Even with just a handful made, the word spread far and wide very quickly. In 2020, Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Cars for FCA North America, said, "it's the most powerful and quickest muscle car you can buy". He was indeed serious, as the 2020 Super Stock Challenger posted a 10.50 E.T. @131 MPH in the 1/4 mile. Not surprisingly, the top speed was a tire-rating limited 168 MPH, which no doubt left room for bigger numbers.
This pristine example has traveled just 1,545 from new, and still looks showroom fresh in every way. Ordered with looks to kill, it's finished in Dodge's PX8 sinister-looking Pitch Black with Black Alcantara/Laguna Seats with the Red Seat Belts Option. And don't forget, that's all on the already mean-looking Dodge Widebody. For all the fury this mighty beast generates, it provides an amazing level of luxury and conveniences for the driver and passengers. The list of creature comforts seems nearly endless. Just a few are the Harmon Kardon Sound, 2 LCD monitors in front, 8.4" touchscreen, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot among many others.
What's it like to drive? Amazing, breathtaking, mesmerizing are all words that come to mind, but you don't have to take our word for it. There are plenty of articles with detailed driving impressions of the supercharged Challengers available for reference by various enthusiast publications. With only 192 Super Stock Challengers produced in 2020, and with very low miles, this is the epitome of a rare and drivable classic muscle car with performance output of the highest order of magnitude.
