Here is a beloved vintage collector car:  Chevrolet Series AE Independence (or Chevrolet Independence),an American vehicle manufactured in 1931.  Engine size: 194 cu in (3.2 L) OHV 6-cylinder, 60 horsepower, straight 6.

The year 1931 introduced the "eagle" radiator ornament, a curved tie-bar connecting the headlights, front and rear bumpers, and wire-spoked wheels, all of which this car has.  It also features whitewall tires with the spare tire mounted on the back. Bucket type seats with a couple rips that could use repair, very comfortable seating, lots of leg room. It has all original features, and has NOT been "hot-rodded."

Although the odometer shows an earlier number, the most recent reading is: 96,823.  It comes with photocopied pages of the original "Chevrolet Motor Cars - Independence Passenger Cars" manual.

It was featured in an outdoor play, a wedding, a parade, and various other fun excursions, as you will see in the pictures.

We are selling this AS IS, from our garage, where we have stored it since purchase in 1989.  This must be collected and shipped by the buyer.  It did run, but we're not sure now if a new battery is needed, with possibly new gasoline, in order to restart. It needs a new home, as we haven't tried to drive it much since it was serviced, perhaps 15-20 years ago.

Buyer to receive title, and pay for title transfer, in presence of seller at DMV office.
