You, the purchaser, agree to purchase the stated vehicle AS-IS.  You agree that you have been given ample opportunity to inspect, drive, and conduct your own research on stated vehicle prior to this purchase.  The seller makes no warranty of merchantability either expressed or implied regarding the stated vehicle.  The seller makes no guarantee about originality of the stated vehicle, or numbers matching of any components, and any description whether verbal or written in any ads  is not a guarantee.  Older vehicles have many issues including but not limited to rust, structural damage, incorrect engines or parts, non-numbers matching engines, mechanical issues, leaks, etc. By signing this vehicle sales contract you, the purchaser, agree that you are buying the vehicle AS-IS regardless of statements made by American Classics Autotrader and/or its employees.  Any legal action brought against American Classics Autotrader. will be done in the state of Florida and any cases will be brought before arbitration and a judge will decide the final verdict. In the event that any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, diminished, impaired or invalidated.   The seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. No public liability insurance issued with this transaction. Any written or verbal odometer readings from American Classics Autotrader employees, is simply an odometer reading and is no guarantee of actual miles. Please refer to  the odometer disclosure on the title or title reassignment form for actual or exempt miles.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise stated in contract.
