Vehicle Details
This is a beautiful car with original paint and a fresh 350 engine. When I bought it, the new engine was in it and it ran, but there were many small details that needed attention. The paint was badly faded, I thought I would have to repaint it, but it buffed right out. I found a touchup paint in a spray can that was a very closs match, so I sprayed some in a cup and, with a small brush, retouched every crack or chip before I buffed it out. With a ceramic coating, it came out like new. Then, my mechanic found three bolts missing between the engine and started and replaced them with hardened fasteners. The three bolts on the other side were loose, so he replaced them as well. It that greatly improved the shifting, which is now fabulous. The rear view mirror was just glued to the windshield and a slight bump into it and it broke free. I then found two reproduction parts and one original part that I polished up and I returned it to it was as it came from the factory. I also repaired a small hole in the upholdtery, which had been replace, but it is in fine shape. The car recieves a lot of looks. I will miss her, but it needs to go to someone that can do the remain8ng, very small, finishing touches.
