1972 Stingray Coupe. Originally a rare Monaco Orange car over saddle interior. 3 owner car, 2 by same family since 79. (dad and his son) Still hales it's born with, numbers matching 350 c.i. engine with original 3 speed auto transmission. She has factory air conditioning, power steering, tilt and telescopic wheel and factory rare speed minder to boot. When the car changed colors to Candy apple red in the early 2000's ( all factory bonding seems are and were visable and the car has never been in trouble) , the interior was freshened up including new door panels, seat covers and fresh carpet. The birdcage and frame are excellent as you can see in the pics.. The brakes were all replaced, trail arm bushings, and rear leaf spring, and many brake componants. Original dual snorkel chrome top breather comes with the car, but carb was recently replaced with a new Edelbrock 1406. The headlight pods and many lines replaced as well so they function as they did when they were new. Original spare tire, still in the bunk. I wouldn't hesitate to hop in this car and drive it home 500 miles at 70 mph , hands off the wheel.. Im considering freshening the paint which it needs and going back to factory color at the same time.. If it makes it's way in the line of cars we have waiting, I'll do that and change the price accordingly. For now, she's up at a very fair price for the next guy to save a buck and do later.
