NO
RESERVE AUCTION!!!
VERY IMPORTANT. READ LISTING IN ITS ENTIRETY. I KNOW IT'S LONG,
BUT WANT TO BE FULLY TRANSPARENT WITH FULL DISCLOSURE. If
you’re serious about buying, then you’ll appreciate the details.
With
no reserve, it is priced to move quickly in an AS-IS sale.
Here’s
a chance to drive a low mileage popular late model 4x4 Jeep Patriot SUV with
the desirable Latitude option package for just pennies on the dollar!
Other
than some typical cosmetic rock chips and scratches, along with a couple of dents, this vehicle is in good shape overall. We just put a new battery
in it.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU PLAN TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH
THE PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION. EBAY IS NOT A GAME. AFTER
YEARS OF SUCCESS ON EBAY, TOO MANY FAILED AUCTIONS LATELY AS A RESULT OF PEOPLE
BIDDING WITH NO INTENTION TO PURCHASE. PLEASE SHOW A LITTLE RESPECT AS IT IS
COSTLY FOR SELLERS. PLEASE READ LISTING OF THIS "AS-IS" SALE. THANK
YOU.
THIS HAS BEEN GETTING WORSE LATELY. NEW EBAY MEMBERS WITH NO
FEEDBACK COME IN AT THE LAST MINUTE AND WIN THE AUCTION WITH NO CLUE AS TO WHAT
THEY ARE COMMITTING TO.
IF YOU HAVE A NEW ACCOUNT, AND/OR ZERO FEEDBACK, CONTACT ME PRIOR TO
BIDDING, OTHERWISE BIDS WILL BE CANCELED.
NOTE: Initial listing may have a low reserve set. This simply to
allow the "Buy It Now" price to remain for anyone that doesn't want
to wait out the auction. Once the reserve price is met, that option goes away,
thus I include it solely to keep that option available until it reaches a
certain price point. Ebay can be hit and miss. If for some unlikely reason,
there is no real activity on the listing, it may be removed. Otherwise, as long
as there are bids on the vehicle to show that
enough buyers have seen the listing, the reserve price will be
removed a day or two before the listing ends. So place your bids as if there is
no reserve and ignore the notice when it says reserve not met. The vehicle will
be offered to the highest bidder regardless.
Another great offering that will likely sell well below Kelly
blue book value. Looking at the SALE HISTORY, most of these cars are selling in
the $10,000+ range. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION, leaving a chance for the
winning bidder to STEAL this high in demand SUV. Carfax shows an estimated
value of OVER $9,000. This will certainly sell well below that price
point.
I
am not a dealer, however, we do have a towing company and therefore come across
a lot of Lien Sale vehicles. Most that we get are junkers that we sell at a
weekly auction for under $2,000. However, of the cars that come available, we
do cherry pick the nicer cars and offer them publicly. If you’ve seen any of my
past listings, most go out at very low price points, well below Kelly Blue Book
wholesale (trade-in) value. We are more interested in a quick sale than holding
out for a few extra dollars.
Here,
we have a late model 2015 Jeep Patriot Latitude 4x4 with just 93,767 miles. We
rarely come across lien sale cars this clean.
There were
5 trim levels offered on the Jeep Patriot, this one has the second highest
“Latitude” Package, thus is a well loaded up vehicle. In addition, it’s a true
4x4 vehicle, great for any environment. Most you see offered for sale online
are the base 4x2 “Sport” package vehicles which were priced over $8,000 less
when new.
Carfax
(available upon request) shows an excellent maintenance history through 2021
when it had its liens attached as the car sat.
Generally,
with our lien sales, we add a ton of disclosures as many of the cars do have
some issues to deal with, as such we offer them strictly As-Is. While this is
still an “As-Is” offering, the only real difference between this lien sale and
a typical private party or dealer purchase is the fact that the paperwork will
be different. As a car with excellent Carfax reporting history, there appear to
be no issues with this vehicle to address aside from some exterior cosmetic
issues. For us, really is a rare find and going to be a GREAT
opportunity for someone to pick up a great SUV that was priced new at over
$26,000 (see window sticker) for a hugely discounted price.
Car has a clean title. Carfax shows no accidents. However, there are a couple of areas where the exterior needs some attention. The interior of this car however, is good condition. Aside from some wear on the left door armrest (not excessive and a couple of minor scuff marks on some of the plastic trim pieces and the door sill on the driver door plastic piece is cracked at the front, there is no notable excess wear or tear on the seats or touch-points. Seats and headliner are in great shape.
As expected of any used car, there are some minor scratches and rock chips around the exterior. No notable door dings visible. Right side is nearly perfect. Can’t find any notable scratches or door dings. However, the rear left side door does have a notable dent in it with a scratch that continues to the rear quarter panel. The door needs body work (if that’s something you care about, but the quarter panel is just scratched. It is a relatively long scratch that extends from the rear door toward the rear of the fender. The left front edge of the front bumper cover has a crease in it, possibly could be popped out. There is one minor ding on the right side of the hood and one more just behind the door handle on the driver door.
There is also
a modest dent in the rear tailgate, which apparently, is currently preventing
being able to open the tailgate. Once you get it open, can likely make a minor
adjustment to the linkage and get it to work normally, without fixing the dent.
But at the moment, am not able to open the rear tailgate. The dent, isn’t that
horrible, so I’m reasonably certain it just jammed up the linkage a little.
Once open, should be an easy adjustment to make it work normally. No guarantee
though. I have come across tailgates with far worse dents that function normally. See photos and video.
Aside from
these items, the rest of the exterior is pretty clean. It's a 9 year old
vehicle with 94,000 miles, so it's not perfect, but certainly has no excess
wear, fading or damage. Aside from the items noted above, which are not that
noticeable, the exterior looks good. Most would likely leave it as is. For
those more picky, fix the dents blend paint and it would look great. No
apparent repairs needed to the rest of the body.
Despite the body work, the wheels are all in good shape with only some modest curb rash noted on the right front wheel. Tires do still have some reasonable life left in them.
While lien
sale cars are rarely perfect. This one isn’t your typical lien sale. We rarely
come across lien sales of cars in this good of condition. The exterior needs
some TLC as noted, but those are just cosmetic items that to some, may mean
nothing.
Aside
from these cosmetic repairs, the rest of the Vehicle looks great. Interior is
in good shape. Rest of the paint is still in good shape. Vehicle runs and
drives well. If the dents are not important to you, this is a great chance to
save HUGE money on a car that is otherwise in good shape and is a popular 4x4 SUV suited for any environment. Or, considering the
price this will likely go for, you’ll save way more than enough to cover the
cost to make those cosmetic repairs. Aside from the above noted items, I really
can’t find anything else to complain about on this car, which is extremely rare
of almost any car, let alone a lien sale with 94,000 miles on it.
With
lien sales, we do have to hang onto cars for approximately 1-2 years (sometimes longer) before
they clear all liens and are available to be sold.
Carfax
shows a consistent maintenance history. The prior owners took good care of this
car. Rare to find a 9 year old car with 94,000 miles on it with such a clean
interior and, an exterior that's really not in too bad of shape either.
As with any
of our lien sale cars, we do highly recommend that the new owner take them in
for service as most have been sitting for a year or two. The same is
recommended of this vehicle.
On
most lien sale vehicles that I list, I have to provide an extensive list of the
issues in the interest of full disclosure. However, on this car, aside from the
previously noted items, there’s really not much for me to point out
otherwise.
As
noted, the car runs and drives well. AC blows cold. No error codes displayed
(aside from TPMS indicating one tire is low on air pressure). It also notes
that it thinks the tailgate is open when it’s not.
Really
nothing left for me to disclose that I can find by inspecting the car, as any
buyer would. I do my best to be sure to include any known flaws. Aside from the
above noted items, I can’t find any others. It’s possible I may miss something
from my own personal inspection. I am not a mechanic and can offer no
guarantees.
If
not disclosed above, any other visual flaws are disclosed via the multiple
high-resolution photos and/or walk-around video. Be sure to view all photos and
video closely.
For
someone that doesn’t care about the dents or scratch, this is a good running
desirable SUV with relatively low miles.
Simply
service the car and drive it. The vehicle is likely to sell WAY below typical
market value for these vehicles. With that savings, buyer will easily have
enough money left over to fix the bodywork if you so choose. Otherwise, keep
the money in your pocket and still get all the great benefits of driving a very
late model, technologically up to date SUV.
PRICE REFLECTS IT BEING SOLD IN AS-IS CONDITION. SELLER OFFERS NO
WRITTEN, EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES. BUYER ACCEPTS THIS BY
CHOOSING TO BID ON THE VEHICLE. AS NOTED, IT IS A 9 YEAR OLD VEHICLE WITH
94,000 MILES
AS WITH ANY VEHICLE WITH THIS MILEAGE, IT’S LIKELY TO NEED SOME
GENERAL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE.
As with all of our lien sales, the cars are sold As-Is. I’ve done
a walk around and inspection of the vehicle and noted any areas in need of
attention that are visible. This one again, appears to be in good shape,
needing only minor exterior cosmetic repairs. Interior looks great. Runs and
drives well. Mechanically, appears to be in good shape. No error codes on the
dash. However, the seller offers no written, expressed nor implied guarantees
or warranty of any kind. I am not a dealer and therefore do not have a
pre-certified inspection process. I view the car just as any buyer would when
we acquire them.
The car is likely to sell well below what many sell for. The
discounted price is the benefit to the buyer. The seller will not contribute
towards any cost of repairs, maintenance or repairs it may need. The likely
reduced price it sells at as a result of NO RESERVE auction is the sellers
contribution to the buyer, noting that it’s likely to sell at well below market
value price. With no reserve, it is priced to move quickly in an AS-IS sale.
TO BE MORE CONCISE, THIS IS A SHORT LIST OF THE VARIOUS ITEMS
DESCRIBED IN DETAIL ABOVE OF THE KNOWN ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PERFECT ON THE
CAR....
1. NOTABLE DENT ON LEFT REAR DOOR.
2. MODEST
DENT ON THE REAR TAILGATE THAT APPEARS TO BE PREVENTING IT FROM OPENING. A SHOP
CAN LIKELY GET THE TAILGATE OPEN AND MAKE A QUICK ADJUSTMENT TO THE LINKAGE TO
GET IT WORKING NORMALLY WITHOUT HAVING TO FIX THE SMALL DENT.
3. LEFT FRONT EDGE OF BUMPER COVER IS CREASED INWARD. ALMOST MISSED IT AS THERE'S NO SCRATCHES. POSSIBLY COULD BE POPPED BACK OUT.
4. SMALL DING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOOD.
5. DOOR DING JUST BEHIND THE DOOR HANDLE OF THE DRIVER DOOR.
6. TYPICAL ROCK CHIPS AND MINOR SCRATCHES EXPECTED OF ANY 9 YEAR
OLD VEHICLE.
7. INTERIOR IN GOOD SHAPE OVERALL ASIDE FROM A FEW SCUFF MARKS ON
SOME OF THE PLASTIC PIECES THROUGHOUT AND A LITTLE WEAR ON THE LEFT DOOR
ARMREST.
7. Left
door sill plastic is cracked at the front mounting point. Still in place and
doesn’t cause any issue, but noting it full disclosure.
8. INTERIOR IS NOT NEW, BUT LOOKS LIKE AN INTERIOR OF A CAR WITH
FAR FEWER MILES. WELL-TAKEN CARE OF.
9. Radio
antenna is missing.
I’ve included several high-resolution photos to show its condition
as well as a link to a full walk-around and startup video. Any items I may have
missed and not disclosed in the notes above, likely can be seen in the photos
and videos. View them closely.

BUYER AGREES TO HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE SELLERS DISCLOSURES
NOTED ABOVE REGARDING THE KNOWN ITEMS THAT CURRENTLY NEED ATTENTION. WHILE NOT
APPARENT TO THE SELLER, THE BUYER ACCEPTS THAT THERE COULD BE OTHER ISSUES IN
NEED OF ATTENTION. THE SELLER HAS NOTED ANY ITEMS THAT WERE ABLE TO BE
DETERMINED VIA A WALK-AROUND AND TEST DRIVE OF THE VEHICLE.
THE BUYER ACCEPTS FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE VEHICLE'S CONDITION
AND TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE VEHICLE UPON TAKING POSSESSION. BUYER
FULLY UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS IS A 9 YEAR OLD VEHICLE WITH 94,000 MILES. IT RUNS
AND DRIVES WELL, HOWEVER, IT IS
NOT A NEW CAR. AS IS TYPICAL OF ANY CAR, IT WILL NEED MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
OVER TIME. TYPICAL WEAR AND TEAR ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE A PART OF TYPICAL
MAINTENANCE, WHICH THE BUYER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY TO DO AND ACCEPTS THE
VEHICLE IN ITS FULLY AS-IS CONDITION BY COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF THE
VEHICLE.
IF SOLD TO A CALIFORNIA BUYER, A SMOG CHECK MAY BE REQUIRED FOR
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP, AS IS THE CASE ON ALL USED CAR SALES (IF SOLD IN
CALIFORNIA). WITH NO ERROR CODES NOTED DOESN’T APPEAR TO BE ANY REASON IT
WOULDN’T PASS SMOG. HOWEVER, THE BUYER TAKES ON FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE
VEHICLE SMOGGED AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY INSPECTIONS OR FEES REQUIRED TO
REGISTER AND TITLE THE VEHICLE. BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SELLER WILL NOT
PROVIDE A SMOG CERTIFICATE OFFERS NO GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL PASS. HOWEVER, AS
NOTED, IT RUNS WELL AND WITH NO ERROR CODES, DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE ANY REASON
WHY IT WOULDN'T. THIS IS SIMPLY A STANDARD DISCLOSURE AS PART OF THIS
BEING AN "AS-IS" LIEN SALE.
I RECENTLY ACQUIRED THE CAR VIA A LIEN SALE. CAR IS NOW FREE AND
CLEAR WITH ALL LOANS / LIENS PAID OFF. As part of the as-is sale, seller will
provide the buyer with all lien-sale paperwork necessary to register and title
the vehicle, including documentation that all liens have been satisfied. As
with any used car purchase, buyer is responsible for all costs associated with
getting the car smogged and registering the car into their own name. All loans
/ liens are already paid off. If sold to a California buyer, happy to go with
you to my local DMV to ensure an easy transaction as I've sold several of these
over the past year. CHECK MY EBAY FEEDBACK. VERY EASY PROCESS. HAVE HAD VERY
HAPPY BUYERS AS I DO ALL I CAN TO DISCLOSE ANYTHING
AND EVERYTHING IN AN EFFORT TO UNDER-PROMISE AND OVER-DELIVER. I ALSO DO
EVERYTHING I CAN TO ASSIST IN MAKING THIS A SMOOTH AND EASY TRANSACTION. I AM
FLEXIBLE AND WILL WORK WITH THE BUYER IF DEADLINES CAN'T BE MET PRECISELY, AS
LONG AS THE BUYER COMMUNICATES OPENLY WITH ME. MOST NOTABLY, WE ARE INTERESTED
IN A QUICK SALE RATHER THAN HOLDING OUT FOR THE LAST FEW DOLLARS. BUYERS OF MY
CARS ALWAYS GET VERY, VERY GOOD DEALS. MOST SELLING MUCH LOWER
THAN WHAT OTHER ONES SELL FOR.
I CAN ASSURE THAT CALIFORNIA AND TEXAS HAVE NO ISSUES WITH LIEN
SALE PURCHASES BY THE PUBLIC, HAVING SOLD CARS TO BUYERS IN BOTH STATES AND
NEVER HAVING HAD A PROBLEM. SIMPLY DUE TO LACK OF EXPERIENCE SINCE I HAVEN’T
SOLD TO BUYERS FROM OTHER STATES, I CANNOT ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE WHAT THEIR
PROCESSES ARE. IF YOU ARE NOT FROM TEXAS OR CALIFORNIA, I WOULD RECOMMEND
CHECKING WITH YOUR LOCAL DMV TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH LIEN SALE
PURCHASES. WOULDN’T IMAGINE THAT THEY WOULD, BUT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE BUYER TO BE SURE. THE WORST CASE SCENARIO WOULD BE THAT THEY MAY REQUIRE
THE CAR BEING REGISTERED / TITLED IN CALIFORNIA FIRST, THEN TRANSFERRED TO YOUR
STATE. THAT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY AS MOST STATES HAVE SIMILAR RULES.
AS NOTED ABOVE, LIEN SALES TAKE 1-2 YEARS TO CLEAR. APPEARS THE
CAR WAS LAST REGISTERED IN 2021. THERE MAY BE A COUPLE OF YEARS OF PAST
REGISTRATION DUE IF THE VEHICLE IS SOLD IN CALIFORNIA (WILL NOT BE DUE IF SOLD
TO A BUYER IN ANY OTHER STATE)
I, CAN’T
GUARANTEE WHAT THE FEES WILL BE. AS A 9 YEAR OLD VEHICLE, BEYOND THE TYPICAL
SALES TAX AND CURRENT REGISTRATION AND TITLE TRANSFER FEES THAT ARE REQUIRED
WHEN PURCHASING ANY USED CAR, I CAN’T IMAGING THE 2-3 YEARS IN BACK FEES WOULD
BE ALL THAT EXPENSIVE. BUT AGAIN, CAN’T GUARANTEE THIS. NATURALLY, BUYER WILL
HAVE TO PAY CURRENT YEAR REGISTRATION, SALES TAX AND TITLE TRANSFER FEES, THAT
WOULD BE REQUIRED ON ANY USED CAR PURCHASE.
AS THIS IS AN “AS-IS” SALE, BUYER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY
REGISTRATION COSTS, INCLUDING BACK REGISTRATION FEES THAT MAY BE NECESSARY TO
GET THE CAR TITLED AND REGISTERED IN THEIR NAME. BUYER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY
TO HAVE THE CAR SMOGGED (IF REQUIRED) AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SELLER WILL NOT
CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THESE COSTS IN ANY WAY, BEYOND THE FACT THAT THE CAR WILL
LIKELY SELL EXTREMELY CHEAP. SELLING IT AT A REDUCED PRICE (WHATEVER THE “NO
RESERVE” AUCTION BRINGS) IS THE SELLERS ONLY CONTRIBUTION TOWARD ANY REPAIR,
MAINTENANCE OR REGISTRATION COSTS. THE BUYER’S SAVINGS AS A RESULT OF THE
LIKELY LOW SALE PRICE, COMPARED TO WHAT OTHERS SELL FOR, WILL MORE THAN COVER A
FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS OF PAST REGISTRATION COSTS, IF THERE ARE ANY. IF SOLD TO AN
OUT OF STATE BUYER, PAST REGISTRATION FEES WILL NOT BE REQUIRED AS YOU GET A
FRESH START BY BRINGING IT TO A NEW STATE.
CAR HAS A CLEAN TITLE HISTORY, CLEAN AND CLEAR TITLE WILL BE
ISSUED.
AS NOTED ABOVE, CARFAX SHOWS A VALUE OVER $9,000. KBB SHOWS A
VALUE OVER $8,000. It will likely sell WAY below that price point. The savings
you’ll receive will easily cover the cost to do any of the minor body work (if
you so choose) and cover any past registration fees. If it sells for as much as
$5,000 (probably less than that), you’ll come out well ahead.

PLEASE - ONLY BID IF YOU PLAN TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE.
BIDDING IS A BINDING CONTRACT TO BUY THE CAR IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION. FOR A CAR
AT THIS VERY LOW PRICE POINT, I CAN'T AFFORD TO WASTE TWO WEEKS IN HAVING TO
RELIST AND/OR PAY LISTING FEES AGAIN. I KINDLY ASK THAT BIDDERS SHOW RESPECT
AND COMPASSION AND PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SALE.
IF YOU HAVE ZERO FEEDBACK, PLEASE MESSAGE ME THROUGH EBAY TO CONFIRM
THAT YOUR BIDS ARE VALID. BIDS FROM NEW MEMBERS OR THOSE WITH NO FEEDBACK MAY
BE CANCELLED IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME BEFORE THE AUCTION
ENDS.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE VEHICLE AND/OR MAKING
ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE IT SHIPPED / TRANSPORTED TO YOUR LOCATION. BUYER IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PICKING UP THE TRUCK OR HAVING IT
SHIPPED / TRANSPORTED TO THE BUYER'S LOCATION.
$300
DEPOSIT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON AUCTION END. REMAINING BALANCE IS
DUE, VIA CASH UPON DELIVERY OR WIRE TRANSFER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION END (NO
CASHIER'S CHECKS). DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE MUTUALLY AGREE TO NOT
COMPLETE THE SALE. CHECK MY FEEDBACK. I AM VERY TRANSPARENT. IF YOU'RE NOT
HAPPY WITH THE CAR WHEN YOU COME TO PICK IT UP, I WON'T HOLD YOU TO THE SALE
AND WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT. I WANT THE BUYER TO BE HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE.
IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION AND SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND OR
DIDN'T READ THE DETAILS ABOVE BEFORE BIDDING OR ANY OTHER REASON THAT IS SOLELY
DUE TO THE BUYER'S ACTIONS AND NOT OF MY OWN DOING. POINT BEING, PLEASE
DON'T BID UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE LISTING IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ARE READY AND
ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SALE IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION. THANK YOU!
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE VEHICLE OR ARRANGING FOR
IT TO BE TRANSPORTED TO BUYER'S LOCATION. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH
TRANSPORT COSTS.
$300 DEPOSIT DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON AUCTION END. BALANCE DUE
WITHIN 7 DAYS VIA WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH UPON DELIVER. CASHIER'S CHECKS WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED UNDER MOST CIRCUMSTANCES.
By bidding on this auction, the bidder / buyer agrees to all of the
above. The above are traditional disclosures placed on any used car sale.
Not meant to scare anyone off. Just simple disclosures to ensure there are no
surprises. Again, it’s a great car in great shape.
THIS
IS AN AS-IS LISTING OF A 10 YEAR OLD VEHICLE WITH OVER 119,000 MILES ON
IT. WHILE THE CAR APPEARS TO RUN AND DRIVE WELL, IT IS FULLY DISCLOSED THAT THE
VEHICLE WAS ACQUIRED THROUGH A LIEN SALE TRANSACTION. WHILE THIS IS CONSIDERED
TO BE A PRIVATE PARTY SALE, THE SELLER HAS NOT HAD THE CAR INSPECTED BY A
MECHANIC TO DETERMINE ANY ISSUES BEYOND WHAT ARE READILY NOTABLE THROUGH A
WALK-AROUND AND TEST DRIVE OF THE VEHICLE.
IT
IS AN "AS-IS" SALE. THIS IS THE PRIMARY REASON WHY IT IS BEING SOLD
IN A NO RESERVE AUCTION AND WILL LIKELY SELL AT WAY BELOW
MARKET VALUE. THE VERY LOW PRICE TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THAT IT COULD NEED
SOME REPAIRS. AGAIN, THE SELLER HAS DISCLOSED ANY KNOWN ISSUES WITH THE CAR.
BASED ON MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION, IT DOESN’T APPEAR TO NEED MUCH (BEYOND WHAT
IS DISCLOSED ABOVE), BUT I AM IN NO WAY, A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC QUALIFIED TO
OFFER AN OPINION BEYOND JUST A PERSONAL OPINION.
BUYER
ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL REPAIRS THE CAR MAY NEED. THE
SELLER IS NOT AWARE OF ANY OTHER KNOWN ISSUES. AGAIN, THE VERY LOW
PRICE IT WILL SELL AT, TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THAT THIS IS A 9 YEAR OLD VEHICLE
WITH 94,000 MILES THAT COULD BE IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE AND POSSIBLY SOME
REPAIRS.
CAR
WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY SELL FAR LOWER THAN WHAT OTHER SIMILAR CARS ARE SELLING
FOR. THAT HUGE PRICE REDUCTION IS THE SELLER’S ONLY ASSISTANCE TOWARD
MAINTENANCE OR MAKING ANY REPAIRS NECESSARY. THE SELLER WILL NOT CONTRIBUTE
TOWARD ANY REPAIRS ONCE THE SALE IS FINAL, REGARDLESS IF ADDITIONAL ITEMS ARE
DISCOVERED.
